Misonikomi


I will introduce Misonikomi of Nagoya famous food. Have you ever eaten Misonikomi? Misonikomi have two features. First feature, if you eat its noodle, you mayfeel noodle is little strong. And it is made from water and flour only. Second feature is thick taste miso soup. It made with bean miso. The bean miso taste Kastuobushi(the dried bonito). A lot of food materials are put in Misonikomi. For example, chicken, eggs, soring onions, mushrooms and so on. Hot earten pot(Donabe) put on table because noodle boiled in earthen pot. I like Misonikomi very much. You should eat Misonikomi when you visit Nagoya.
